Revolve wanted to break into a younger Gen Z audience segment without alienating their existing Millennial customer base. Their influencer mix skewed too aspirational and felt disconnected from how younger consumers actually discover brands online.
Proach Media built a tiered creator roster mixing micro-influencers (25k to 150k) with two mid-tier anchors. We developed a get ready with me content framework that felt organic to each creator. Each creator received customized briefs, curated product selections, and a flexible posting window.
We onboarded 18 creators across TikTok and Instagram over a 6-week window. Content was staggered for maximum algorithmic momentum, with paid amplification on the highest-performing posts within 48 hours. We monitored daily and swapped in backup creators where needed.
Gymshark had strong brand recognition but inconsistent TikTok performance. Their in-house team was producing polished videos that looked great but were not converting to followers or driving product traffic. Engagement rates sat below industry benchmarks.
Proach Media audited 12 months of content and identified three consistently outperforming formats: transformation timelines, coach reacts breakdowns, and behind-the-scenes athlete content. We built a 90-day content calendar around these pillars with weekly hook testing.
Our team shot a 3-day content sprint in Los Angeles capturing 45 pieces of short-form content. We edited 30 for immediate deployment and held 15 for reactive trend integration. Every video was engineered around a tested hook. The top video hit 2.1M views organically within 72 hours.
Liquid I.V. was scaling on Meta but hitting creative fatigue. Their existing ad creative had been running for months and CPAs were climbing. They needed fresh UGC content that could restore efficiency across their paid social stack.
Proach Media sourced 12 UGC creators across health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle verticals. We developed 6 distinct creative angles from morning routine integration to post-workout recovery scenarios, each targeting a different awareness stage in the purchase funnel.
We delivered 36 unique ad creative assets across 6 angles in 3 weeks. Two angles outperformed all others significantly. We produced 12 additional variants of those two angles within the following two weeks, reducing CPA by 41 percent.
Manscaped wanted to drive cultural credibility with younger male consumers in Los Angeles. They had strong digital presence but limited in-person brand touchpoints. The goal was a brand activation generating significant content output alongside a memorable physical experience.
Proach Media conceptualized and produced a one-day experiential pop-up in the Arts District featuring grooming stations, a content creation booth, product sampling, and a social integration system. We pre-seeded the event with 20 invited creators across comedy, lifestyle, and fitness.
Proach Media handled full event production including venue sourcing, build-out, staffing, vendor coordination, and creator management. Our team produced a same-day highlight reel within 4 hours of closing. Total social content exceeded 200 posts in the following 48 hours.
Celsius had explosive retail growth but their social channels were not reflecting their brand momentum. Their TikTok was growing slowly despite strong cultural relevance among gym-goers, college students, and fitness communities.
Proach Media deployed a fanpage campaign strategy alongside a direct account management overhaul. We stood up three branded fanpage accounts targeting distinct segments: gym culture, college life, and general wellness, each with its own voice functioning as a content testing ground.
