Graphic Designer
Full-Time Los Angeles Creative

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for producing visual content across a wide range of formats including social media graphics, brand identity assets, advertising materials, digital campaigns, and pitch decks. You will work closely with the Creative Director and account teams to bring client briefs to life with speed and precision.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable switching between projects and styles throughout the day.

What You Will Do
  • Design social media content, ads, and branded templates for multiple clients
  • Develop brand identity assets including logos, color palettes, and style guides
  • Collaborate with the video and content teams on motion graphic concepts
  • Produce presentation decks, proposals, and client-facing materials
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Deliver production-ready files for both digital and print use
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback from creative leads and clients
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 or more years of graphic design experience, agency experience preferred

About the Role

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our influencer campaigns. This role sits at the center of our creator partnerships business and requires someone who is highly organized, plugged into social media culture, and comfortable managing relationships with multiple creators at once.

You will work alongside our Head of Influencer Partnerships to source, vet, brief, and manage creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will also own campaign tracking and reporting deliverables.

What You Will Do
  • Research and source influencers aligned with client briefs and campaign goals
  • Vet creator profiles for audience quality, engagement rates, and brand fit

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor and Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form video. You will be editing content for brand clients and creator partners across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, as well as contributing to longer-form production projects including commercial spots and brand films.

This is a hands-on creative role. You will be expected to understand what makes content perform, not just look good. You should have a strong sense of pacing, music selection, hook construction, and platform-specific formatting.

What You Will Do
  • Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts at volume
  • Clip and repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form assets
  • Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, and motion elements to video
  • Optimize hooks and thumbnails for maximum retention and click-through
  • Format and export content for vertical, square, and horizontal layouts
  • Collaborate with the production team on commercial and brand film edits
  • Stay on top of trending formats, sounds, and editing styles across platforms
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 or more years of professional video editing experience
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro

About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to oversee the day-to-day social presence of multiple client accounts. This is a strategic and executional role. Seasonal Internship
Internship Los Angeles Multiple Tracks

About the Program

Proach Media offers seasonal internships across three tracks: Creative, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. Our internship program is designed to give students and early-career individuals real, hands-on experience working on live campaigns for actual clients. This is not a coffee-and-copies internship. You will be contributing to real work from week one.

Internships run for 10 to 12 weeks and are available in Summer (June to August), Fall (September to November), and Spring (January to March). Both in-person and hybrid options are available depending on the track.

What You Will Do
  • Shadow senior team members across your chosen track
  • Assist with content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Support influencer research, outreach, and campaign coordination
  • Contribute creative ideas in team brainstorms and strategy sessions
  • Assist in building decks, reports, and client-facing deliverables
  • Learn how a full-service creative agency operates from the inside
  • Complete a capstone project presented to the team at the end of the program
Who Should Apply
  • Current students or recent graduates in marketing, communications, media, or design
  • Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
